The City of Bellevue Recreation Department is staffed by one full time employee, Jim Shada. The Department of Recreation offers a variety of activities that appeal to the diverse interests of our community and strives to meet the leisure needs of our citizens.
The Recreation Department offers 50 different activities throughout the year, providing recreational outlets for an estimated 97,000 participants. Some of the highlighted activities include the Youth Baseball/Softball program with approximately 1300 participants, Swimming Lessons with 600 participants, and Track Club with 130 participants.
The Department of Recreation also has activities for adults, including softball, basketball, and volleyball leagues.
2016 Bellevue Public Pools Information
Bellevue's Public Pools will open for the 2016 season on Tuesday, May 31st. Here is a list of Bellevue's Pools!

Pools will remain open through second week of August and their regular hours are Monday - Saturday from Noon - 6:45 p.m. and on Sundays: Noon - 5:45 p.m
Daily Swim Fee is $2.00 for 18 and Under and just $3.00 for Adults. Pool passes may be purchased at the Recreation Department at the Reed Center which is located at 1200 Lord Blvd. in Bellevue.
