The Bellevue Public Works Department has announced that a portion of Childs Road between 9th Street and 11th Street and just south of the new Omaha Public Schools Elementary School, will be closed to traffic beginning Monday, November 29, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021. This closure is needed to install water service to the new school. Please see the included map for the closed area and detour routes. As always, the City of Bellevue asks that residents and visitors to not enter or tamper with any barricaded areas as crews work in the area.
