The City of Bellevue has been notified that Perry Reid Construction will be placing a water main service to the apartment complex located at 2306 Lincoln Avenue. Lincoln Avenue between W 23rd Ave and W 24th Avenue will be closed, and a detour will be posted.
The work is to start on December 8 and will be completed by December 19. This road closure will affect the path that leads to the Bellevue Gate at Offutt AFB. Please see the attached detour route, which will take traffic one block east to avoid this area.
