City of Bellevue offices will close early at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, and will remain closed all day on Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observance of New Year’s Day.
Emergency services will continue to operate 24 hours a day.

Sanitation Services
Papillion Sanitation will be closed on New Year’s Day. Residential trash service in Bellevue will be delayed one day this week for customers with Thursday and Friday collection dates.

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday routes will not be affected
City offices will resume regular business hours on Friday, January 2, 2026.
Fireworks Information
Per City ordinance, fireworks may only be discharged within the City Limits of Bellevue between 9:00 p.m. on December 31 and 12:30 a.m. on January 1, 2026.
