In 2018, the City of Bellevue was the first community in the area to implement a cart-based solid waste disposal program. The program was designed to extend the useful life of our landfill and stabilize long -term pricing by encouraging recycling. However, the most important measure of success is that residents are happy with their service. We are now five years into the program, and want to hear what you think.
