Bellevue City Offices and Library Closed on Monday, January 19th in Observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day!

City of Bellevue offices and the Bellevue Public Library will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

As always, the City of Bellevue’s Police and Fire Departments will continue to operate 24 hours a day. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

Trash service will not be affected. Papillion Sanitation will be open on Monday, January 19, and all trash and recycling routes will operate on their regular schedule throughout the week.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day has been designated by the United States Congress as a National Day of Service. The City of Bellevue encourages residents to honor Dr. King’s life and legacy by volunteering and finding meaningful ways to help improve our community.
