The Bellevue Streets Department has reported that a portion of 42nd Street, between Olive and Valley View, will be closed for up to two or three weeks as MUD repairs of a broken water main that took place on Monday. The break caused a significant amount of base damge to the road which is the reason for the shut down. MUD crews are hoping the repairs can be completed in a much shorter time frame but want to allow for unexpected delays and weather issues.
