Bellevue Police Interim Chief Mark Elbert was honored to announce yesterday that Joe Bockman was being moved into the Supervisor role for the Code Enforcement team. Captain Elbert said, "Joe and all of the Code Enforcement staff do a thankless job that gets more scrutiny than you might imagine.
