Bellevue Fire Department is Still Looking For Volunteers for Mass Casualty Drill

The Bellevue Fire Department will be conducting a Mass Casualty Exercise on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Bellevue East High School, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and volunteers are still needed. Volunteers will play the roles of bystanders and injured victims. There are multiple levels of participation ranging from bystander, walking wounded to critically injured. All ages of volunteers are welcome but there will be a release of liability for minors. Volunteers willing to be “injured” are encouraged to wear old clothes that may be cut up and dirtied (ruined) during the exercise. Also, volunteers are encouraged to wear weather appropriate clothing as part of the exercise will be outdoors.
