The City of Bellevue Public Works Department has announced that in conjunction with the traffic signal replacements at Mission Avenue and Washington Street, and Mission Avenue and Franklin Street, the four lane section of Mission Avenue from Washington Street to Hancock Street will be permanetly reduced to a three lane section.  This work is currently underway and will be completed by Monday October 15^th.
