Overview
The Personnel Department is located in the East end of the City Annex, which is adjacent to City Hall. It is staffed by Cathey Rabbass, Human Resource Coordinator, who has worked with the City since 1978.
The department is responsible for position recruitment, benefit administration, and legal compliance regarding employment.
There are currently approximately 254 full time and 170 part time and seasonal employees working for the City.
