New Residential Buildings  
  • The following fees shall include all wiring and electrical equipment in or on each building, or other electrical equipment on the same premises constructed at the same time.
 
   
Multifamily  
 
  • For new multifamily buildings (apartments and condominiums) having three or more dwelling units constructed at the same time, not including the area of garages, carports and accessory buildings, per square foot (0.09 m2)
