Patrick J. Sullivan, President of Adams & Sullivan, P.C., has been the attorney for the City of Bellevue since September of 2007.

As a resident of Bellevue for most of his life, Mr. Sullivan has focused on continuing to build on the foundation and assist in the City’s progress.

The City Attorney functions as a legal advisor to the Mayor and City Council to assist and advise them in their own decisions. The City Attorney also advises the various department heads by being available as a sounding board and not a decision maker. This helps to empower the individuals working within each department to come to their own conclusions and move forward with their jobs.
